We constantly strive to offer new and interesting opportunities to program participants: contests of policy papers, scholarships, internship opportunities at our organization, etc. There have been instances where we collaborated with program graduates within the frameworks of various projects, and some of them found employment at our organization after completing the Program.
Yes. Participant of the Program who completes both Bachelor's or Master's level subjects will receive a certificate of completion. At the same time, students of the Faculty of Sciences and Arts at Ilia State University of the corresponding level who successfully pass the subjects of the Certification Program will receive credits (6 ECTS) towards their studies in addition to the certificate.
Both the Bachelor's and the Master's programs comprise two subjects. Each subject is taught over the course of one academic semester (15 weeks). The full duration of the program is two academic semesters - 30 study weeks.
Admission to the Program begins at the start of the academic year at Ilia State University. Usually, the contest for admission to the Program is announced in August of every year. Studies begin in September of the same year.
The Program is aimed at the students of the Ilia State University and other autharized institutions of higher learning in Georgia, as well as persons employed in the public, private, and non-governmental sectors.
The Certification Program in Fighting Corruption was first created in 2019 and consisted of 8 professional modules. These modules were subsequently incorporated into the curriculum of the Faculty of Sciences and Arts at Ilia State University at the Bachelor's and Master's levels, consolidating them into four academic subjects. The Program comprises 2 Bachelor's and 2 Master's level subjects:
- Good Governance and Corruption (Bachelor's level, fall semester)
- Public Policy, Money, and Corruption (Bachelor's level, spring semester)
- Management of Anti-corruption Policy in Public and Private Institutions (Master's level, fall semester)
- Fighting Corruption - International Actors, Anti-corruption Platforms (Master's level, spring semester)
